How Hubpage Score of 75 or Higher - What page is Hub Get

This hub-page is being written to tell you how I design my Hub to get a score of 75 or above. I have currently have written about 17 Hubs and my average hub score is about 78 and with a goal of 80. I believe having a good hub score will help you earn more cash for yourself and get you more visits to your hub. I know there are experts out there who have hub scores of 90 to 100 with no problems, but these are expert writers. I am not that great of a write but have some good SEO and Website skills. I am just an average Hubber Just like you all and if you follow my tips your Hub scores will all rise in to the 70's and even higher just following the rules I have for myself.

I will also tell you what Modules or Capsules that I use as a model for all my Hubs and it seems to be working out for me pretty good. I will include the things I look at to make my hub rank well in Hub-pages and also get some traffic from Yahoo and Google. I will go over each Capsules and how many of them I recommend you using. I will also give you and Idea of how much money I am currently making with 17 hubs and how much I plan on making in the next few months. I am also hope to get lots of comments to help me and others build better hubs. This is just the way I do it and hopefully it will help others with their hub making. My goal here on Hub-Pages is to have some fun and keep me busy while I a make a few bucks.

You need to have a least one Photo on your Hub-page. This is also important because people sometimes click on you hub page based on the photo that you display on the Hub-page. The one tip I have for you here is to name your photo with a the main key word to your hub. For example if you hub is about the iPod Touch then name your photo file ipodtouch.jpg this will help in google and yahoo search rankings. Another tip is to write a caption that has to do with your hub or keywords and give credit to the website or person you go the pic form. Also make sure you have permission to use the pic or its from a common free website. You can find free pictures on flicker and other photo sites.

The Text Capsule is the most important of the Capsules since its where you write the content for your hub. I recommend that you have a least four of these Capsules for each of your hubs. The more text capsules the better for you hub page score. Also important is that all your content is original or you give credit to where you got the information. You can name the website and put quotes. If you are doing a product review for example and quote something from their site that you be OK. The company will be happy for the plug.

The Most important thing I have found from writing text is that you have at least 1000 or more words on each Hub. If you do not have a least a thousand words you hub will have lots of trouble getting to my magic number of 75 score. You can check how many words your hub currently is by looking at your stats. You will see a button called Hub Metrics

My recommendation is to have a least one Video just for the reason that Videos are hot and will help you keep visitors on you Hub a lot longer. You have to have a few things on you Hub to keep people on as long as you can. The longer someone stays on you Hub the better chance you have to make money. I also believe this helps your Hub Score. Its easy finding Videos by visiting YouTube or Google. There also several other video sites that Hub-pages lets you use to put Videos on your Hub-page. The main thing here is to find a Video that fits your topic if you can't find one then find one as close to your subject as possible.

Currently I have not bee using the RSS Module but that's because I have not had the time to get the feeds that I want for each Hub-page. My plan for RSS feeds in the future will be to put some Affiliate type links such as Click-bank or CJ. You can also use RSS feeds from blogs or News or just about anything that has a feed. But since there are already enough content type capsules my plan for RSS is to have links to products related to my hub from click bank. I have used these on my Squidoo pages. Not only can you make some money form these type links you can also get some content added to your Hub as well.

With Hub-pages adding tags is so easy, all you have to do is add content and Hub-pages suggest tags for you hub based on the content you already added. At first I just choose the ones it gives me and when everything is done I check the tags and get rid of tags that have nothing to do with the hub article. My suggestion is to have as many tags as Hub-page allows. You will get a warning if you have too many and you can delete some if this happens.

The great thing about Hub-pages is that they make a web-page for all your tags to help you get traffic to your Hub article. That's why its important to have a lot of tags. I see some hub-pages with just a few tags and I am sure it hurts there traffic potential.

I also always add a news Capsule because you get free content to your website that brings more relevance and might keep you visitor on the site some-more. Also Kontera ads can be placed on key words on the News feeds themselves. I use Hub-pages News Capsule but you can use the RSS feeds capsule and use whatever new service you want. The hard part here might be to get news feeds for your keyword, you might have to be a little less wording on keywords to get some feeds. I usually put about 5 news articles on each hub-page.

This is where you check to make sure you have all the Capsules you need for you Hub plus check your content for mistakes. Also once you have build you hub-page remember to promote it and bookmark it to all the social websites or at lest 6 of them for starters. Do not get carried away and over promote at first the best thing is to do this slowly and get hub to the top of the Search Engines. This is very possible with Hub-pages because Google love hub-pages and puts lots of their links at the top of the Search results. Remember that your hub score will start about 50 and takes a few days to achieve the level that it will stay at. Give your hub a few days and do some promotion on it and your score will soon be at a higher level. Yahoo is also another Search Engine that love Hub-pages. Once you done all the above your site should have no problem achieving a constant Hub score of 75 and above.

I like to put at least one Poll Capsule on all of my Hubs. Polls keep visitors on the site longer and sometimes bring traffic back to your site when visitors bookmark you site to check back on the Poll. Try to make your poll as closely related to you hub as possible. I not the best Poll maker but I believe having one is a good idea and can only help and never hurt you hub-page. Yes this Hub has a poll capsule added and I would like you to participate.

I just cannot stand visiting a hub-page and I find there is no comment spot. I do not always leave a comment but I do read comments and sometimes I do add one. A comment page makes your site Dynamic and keeps new and ongoing data to your hub-page. Some hubbers love writing so much they will add lots of comments. I have visited hub-pages where there was more content from the content then the Hub-page itself had. A comment page can only help you on google rankings and to me its a must for your hub to keep up a good Hub Score.
